Sea Breeze Fun

Hello friends & family~
I have decided to give blogging a try! I have really enjoyed seeing what is happening in the lives of other friends & family through their blogs. What a great way to keep a simple family "scrapbook" without dragging out all of the paper, tape, stickers, etc, etc.... =)

So, here we go!

Peter has had a part-time job at Grace Community Services for the past two years and one of the perks is free tickets to Sea Breeze! We waiting until Peter was home from work and the boys had finished their naps and then headed over. We drive by the park all the time, but this time we were actually going in! The kids were beyond excited!

Back when I was growing up, my family went to Sea Breeze once each summer on "Kodak" day. Traditionally, we always went on the Tea Cups first. As a lover of traditions, I insisted we go on this ride first - no one seemed to mind =).

Derek LOVED the cars! He was all business when it was his turn and looked as if he was really steering. He was able to have a second ride while the other two went on the swings (Derek was too short for that ride).

Heidi & Kip went together in the purple car. How fun, but strange it is to watch my kids enjoying something that I did as a kid. I am so glad we have such a nice amusement park with great rides for little kids.

The kids also enjoyed the boats!

I know this one is blurry, but it was the best shot I got of the speeding "Bear Tracks". Look for Peter and Derek together and in front of them is Kip and Heidi. Derek wanted to go again, but Kip thought it was too scarey!

A great time and great memories!
